Refund Policy

Please note that clients who book a haircut and/or other hair related services with ALL KUTZ BARBERSHOP are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee, and clients will not be entitled to a refund if they cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. However, if a client cancels their appointment before the 24-hour window, they will be entitled to a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
